It will also include a 3,000-squarefoot climate-controlled club space offering food, drinks, televisions, restrooms, and indoor seating. The new space will be accessible through a to-be-constructed private entrance to Plainsman Park or via the main concourse. ---------------------------------------------------------- The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Additions to Plainsman Park including a three- story expansion along first base line to add enhanced premium seating, club space and improve fan concessions; renovation of existing press box to accommodate seating and club space. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
