The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Demolition of three buildings on campus and the resulting site work associated with the removal of those three buildings. The three buildings to be demolished are Early Learning Center, Marriage and Family Therapy Center, and CHEER. Work will involve hazmat abatement, building and utility demolition, utility renovation, site grading and other site improvements. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
