Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Linn Valley, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Alpha Omega Geotech (AOG) understand this project consists of constructing a new elevated water storage tank. The current site is an open grass field relatively flat with a small change in elevation of about 2 feet. Based on the preliminary information and boring plan provided by BG Consultants, the tower will be hold 250,000 gallons. The tank shall be either multi-column or single-support type with an approximate height of 112 feet. Final grading plans were not provided at this time. AOG assumes cut and fill of about two (2) feet will be necessary to achieve the desired construction grade for the site. Direct all questions to Paul Owings at paul.owings@bgcons.com
