Reference number : 1703078 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of the Village of Val-David wishes to entrust a company with the mandate to provide granular stone materials (0- 3/4 and 0-2 1/2 ) to carry out road works in particular. The tenderer must be able to provide the materials within a maximum of 48 working hours following a request from the Municipality. The tenderer must be able to load municipal trucks within a radius of 20 km from the municipal garage. Failing this, the bidder must be able to deliver. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of the rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded to the conforming bidder having deposited the lowest price on the lot retained by the Municipality, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
