Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a stadium.
ADA barrier removal and accessibility improvements to the Interbay Athletic Complex to bring it into compliance with current applicable accessibility codes and other non-compliant issues identified. The project includes: - Accessible parking stalls - Accessible pathways from parking area to the comfort station, ticket booth, field house, concession, soccer field, bleachers, and baseball field - Miscellaneous interior improvements to remove ADA barriers at locker rooms, toilet rooms, concession, referee room, training room, etc. - New lift in existing shaft at the field house A/E ESTIMATE: $1,395,510.00 Deadline for Contractor questions regarding this Facility project shall be submitted by close of business on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 to the Parks project manager via Janice.Liang@seattle.gov.
