Renovation of a municipal facility in Colton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes site work, building construction, underground utilities, electrical, heating and ventilation, and plumbing work. The project includes furnishing and installing four (4) stationary compactors at the transfer station site located on Lenny Road in Colton, NY 13625. Separate sealed bids will be received for:#3 - HVAC Construction Contract Bids shall be based on a lump sum basis as indicated on the Bid Forms. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked with Town of Colton Transfer Station Improvements. Bidding Documents will be provided at no charge via Microsoft Share Point. No printed documents will be issued. Bidder is responsible for costs associated with printing the Bidding Documents. The date Bidding Documents are shared via Microsoft Share Point by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Town of Colton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder to the extent permitted by law. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. The Town of Colton does not discriminate based on handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
