Site work for a municipal facility in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The project consists of landscape and irrigation construction for the Buckley Yard Metropolitan District No. 2. The project is located in the City of Aurora, within the Northeast Quadrant of the intersection of S. Airport Blvd and E. Alameda Parkway. Site Improvements include tree lawn and open space landscape, site prep, fine grading, irrigation installation, concrete trails, sports courts, site furnishings, fencing, and landscape & irrigation maintenance. The bids shall be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked Bid for Buckley Yard Landscape Improvements, each Filing, or phase will have a separate bid tab and should state the name and address of the bidder. The entire contract and specifications documents shall be submitted with the bid. No proposals will be considered which are received after the time mentioned and any proposals so received shall be returned to the submitter and not be considered under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the submitter to see that their proposal is received on time at the stated location. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. A bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a certificate of specified insurance. Owners Rights Reserved. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid, to postpone the award of the Contract for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) days after the Bid opening, all according to the best interests of the Owner.
