PROJECT DESCRIPTION District wide mechanical upgrades for the Hilton Central School District. Schools included in Project are the High School, Northwood Elementary School, Quest Elementary School, and Village Elementary School S.E.D. PROJECT NO. 26-11-01-06-0-007-018, 26-11-01-06-0-003-019, 26-11-01-06-0-001-016, 26-11-01-06-0-004-019 CONTRACT TIME The date of commencement of the Work shall be within five (5) calendar days of the date of Notice to Proceed. NOTE: Construction to start Fall 2023. Coordinate schedule with Owner/CM. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later August 15, 2024.
