Please take notice that the City of Beacon intends to construct an Addition & Renovations to the existing Beacon Fire Station located at 1140 Wolcott Avenue in the City of Beacon, NY (formerly the Tompkins Hose Fire Station) and is seeking sealed bids from General Construction Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Plumbing Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Fire Sprinkler Contractors, Geothermal Contractors, and Sitework Contractors for this Multi-Prime Contract Project. This is a public work project and, as such, Wick's Law and Prevailing Wage requirements do apply.
