Renovation of a residential development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
NORTHERN ARIZONA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS OWNER-OCCUPIED HOUSING REHABILITATION NACOG has been awarded a federal HOME grant from the Arizona Department of Housing for housing rehabilitation projects. NACOG will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to make substantial repairs to one home located in Show Low. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Subfloor repair and flooring replacement, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, water heater replacement, window and door replacement, ceiling and wall repairs. The inspection of the home will last approximately 2 hours including drive time. Bids must be on a lump-sum basis, for the entire scope of work for the home. Faxes are not acceptable.
