Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of May 25 the project was awarded to Mid-State Asphalt for $496,128.15 . The project is located near the easterly end of Commerce Way at the Show Low Regional Airport in the City of Show Low. The work includes, but not necessarily limited to, grading, paving, water main extension, installation of water services, installation of a sewer lift station, sewer main and services, installation of sewer force main, extending conduit and electrical power services, all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to provide a complete project. Written questions will be accepted until close of business on Thursday, April 27, 2023. The City of Show Low reserves the right to select the bid that best suits the City's needs and may modify the Scope of Work. The City of Show Low also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the City.
