Nikolaus and McNeil Acres Subdivision Roadway Improvements City of Show Low Project No. R-5723 The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Nikolaus and McNeil Acres Subdivision Roadway Improvements, City of Show Low Project No. R-5723 in the City of Show Low. The work includes the reconstruction of 10,000 LF of roadway including portions of S. 6th Place, S. 5th Place, E. Mills, E. Nikolaus, E. Owens, S. 8th Street, S. 9th Place, E. Reidhead, and E. Stratton. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the pulverization of approximately 25,000 SY of existing asphalt roadway, recycle and mixing existing asphalt millings into existing base, subgrade preparation and compaction, reshaping the roadway grade, installing new 3" asphalt pavement overlay, re-establish roadway shoulder, adjusting water valves and manholes. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place within the right-of-way along portions of S. 6th Place, S. 5th Place, E. Mills, E. Nikolaus, E. Owens, S. 8th Street, S. 9th Place, E. Reidhead, and E. Stratton in Show Low. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. Sealed Bids Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope.
