Renovation of a municipal facility in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,750-square-foot municipal facility.
As of May 25 the project as awarded to KGJ Roofing for $91,465.09 . The work includes installing approximately 10750 square feet of new membrane roofing which meets the following specification: GAF EverGuard, Mule Hide or approved equal TPO 60-mil Membrane with mechanical fastener over existing spray foam roofing. The work also includes installing Ice and Water barrier under all new roofing, removing and replacing all pipe jacks, condensate drain lines, drip edge, scuppers, remove and re-set parapet cap, detach, reset and re-seal air handlers, and repair cracks using elastomeric roof coating. The work also includes inspecting existing metal roof check and replace screws as necessary and sealing all pipe jacks and penetrations Questions must be submitted in writing via US Mail, email, or hand delivered and are due no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, May 5, 2023.
