Renovation of a municipal facility in Newton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: 1. Replacement of insulated sandwich panel barrel vault skylight at the primary entrance/lobby including all associated flashing, caulking, and roof patching. Under alternate 1 replace the skylight at the clock tower. Bid security in the form of a bid bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
