The purpose of this RFP is to procure quotes for janitorial services for the City of Armstrong. This includes City Hall, Operations Building, and Armstrong Spallumcheen Fire Department (ASFD). The successful Service Provider will need to adhere to the scope and frequency of work outlined in Schedule A Scope of Services. The term of this services is one (1) year with two (2), one (1) year options to renew. The City is responsible to provide janitorial cleaning products, paper and soap products. The Service Provider is responsible to provide commercial grade janitorial equipment.
