The Township of Spallumcheen (ToS) has formed a partnership with the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) and The Okanagan Indian Band to deliver a regional wastewater recovery project. The Township of Spallumcheen will be the Owner for the purposes of this work. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Township of Spallumcheen, here after referred to as the "Township" or the "Owner", invites Proposals for the construction of the wastewater collection system for Phase 1 of the North Okanagan Wastewater Recovery Project (NOWRP). Construction includes approximately 22.5 km of mainline installation (7.6 km force main and 14.9 km gravity), highway and rail crossings and connections to adjacent properties. This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above.
