Bids for the project should be identified by ""RFP -NBCA Roof" . Proposals received after the date and time will be rejected and returned to the firm unopened. The Academy Board of Directors reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received and to waive informalities and irregularities. Proposals shall be binding for ninety days following the proposal opening date. New Branches Charter Academy Board of Directors seeks proposals for the replacement of the roof for a section of the building. The Academy is a tuition-free Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade Public School Academy located at 3662 Poinsettia Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508.
