Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

We can work with you to make sure you have the opportunity to submit your bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any bids which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and to the best interest of the County. This contract will be considered for award on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. All material that is removed shall become the property of the contractor and shall be disposed of by its complete removal from the premises. Contractor shall be responsible for daily site cleanup of all construction debris, its removal and disposal. The contractor shall provide all information and reports required by the Regulations, or directives issued pursuant thereto, and shall permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the Kent County Road Commission to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Regulations or directives. Where any information required of a contractor is in the exclusive possession of another who fails or refuses to furnish this information, the contractor shall so certify to the State highway department, or the Federal Highway Administration as appropriate, and shall set forth what efforts it has made to obtain the information.
