As of May 9, 2023, project was awarded to Zabatt Power Systems, awarded amount is $127,677.84. 1) John Teal Lift Station, 1286 Morris Avenue, Chipley, FL 32428 - Installation of one (1) 40 kW permanent natural gas generator to provide backup power to the lift station. The installation is to include all necessary wiring, conduits, automatic transfer switches, concrete pad, engineering, and permitting fees. The generator shall be protected against a 500-year flood event by implementing specific activities or by locating the generator outside the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) and shall be protected against wind with a rated enclosure based on its location requirements. Activities shall be completed in strict compliance with Federal, State and Local Rules and Regulations 2) Vo-Tech Lift Station, 756 West Boulevard, Chipley, FL 32428 - Installation of one (1) 40kW permanent natural gas generator to provide backup power to the lift station. The City requires a business license tax be paid for the privilege of engaging in any business within the city limits. Please contact the City Clerk's Office for a fee schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The City of Chipley reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
