" The Ritchie Regional Health Center will receive separate sealed bids on a general contract for an Office Addition to their Harrisville Office in Harrisville, West Virginia. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall execute and deliver to the owner within 7 days after the award, and before signing the contract, a corporate surety bond in a sum equal to at least the contract sum, and the cost of such bond shall be paid by the bidder. Pursuant to WV Code 30-42-12, Bidders are hereby notified that a current and valid WV Contractors License Number shall accompany their bid proposal for their bid to be considered.
