Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Description: 1. Provide and install security devices in the Ritchie County Judicial Complex and Courthouse as defined in the bid documents. Security System devices include door access control, security cameras, panic buttons, fire alarm, and all associated components necessary for fully-functioning systems. project will be awarded on or about July 1, 2024. A Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. I. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds. Clarifications requested by a Bidder must be submitted in writing to Shelby Wagner prior to 12:00 pm on April 19, 2024. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
