Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Harrisville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 1 LS Mobilization/Demobilization, 1 LS Erosion & Sediment Control, 1 LS Rehabilitation of Existing 1,000,000 gallon Water Storage Tank, 1 LS Removal and Replacement of existing 500,000 gallon Welded Steel Tank and Foundation with 855,000 gallon Tank, 1 LS Access Road Complete, 1 LS Relocation of Existing Utilities, 250 CY Removal of Unsuitable Material, 250 CY Concrete Backfill, 1 LS Reclamation of Disturbed Areas. The Work will be substantially completed within 280 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 310 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day.
