Renovation of an educational facility in Pflugerville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the renovation of all group restrooms and select faculty and student individual restrooms at a single site, Murchison Elementary. The project has an estimated budget of $600,000. PfISD believes the information included in this RFP is materially accurate, however, the PfISD does not warrant this information to be free from errors or omissions. Proposers are encouraged to inspect the premises prior to submitting a response. The deadline for submitting questions is March 23, 2023 @ 12:00 pm CST. Questions should be submitted by email and addressed to the Purchasing Office at Craig.Pruett@pfisd.net. Answers to questions shall be made public by addenda to be posted on the district's website by the end of business on March 27, 2023. Answers shall be posted at website. This Project shall include a liquidated damages provision providing for liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the Work is substantially complete. For this Project, the liquidated damages shall be stipulated as $750.00 per day.
