Renovation of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This state funded project will include repairs and upgrades to the existing heating plant at the Juneau State Office Building. New installed work includes replacement of leaking sections of Boiler #1 and complete section replacement of Boiler #3, new burner installation, a new housekeeping pad, and all supportive work as required. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a bid/proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
