The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to provide design services for BRH Ground Floor Asbestos Tile Replacement. The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide design, bidding, and construction administration services to abate, demolish, and replace existing floor tiles in the laundry rooms and supply storage rooms so that it minimizes disruption to operations and provides an equivalent to existing, or better, flooring.
