Alternative Contract Delivery Program Management & Project Control Services The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional servicesthat will assist DOT&PF in implementing its alternative contract delivery program by providing expertise and guidance in contracting methods and acting as an advisor to deliver projects from inception through close-out. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater. The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available February 17, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK 99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that he has received all addenda affecting the RFP.
