As of March 29, 2023, project was awarded to Carver Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $598,347.83. ARCHITECT'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $300,000 and $400,000 DEADLINE FOR BIDDER QUESTIONS: 4:30pm Alaska Time on February 21, 2023. BIDDING, CONTRACT, or TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. All communications relative to this WORK, prior to opening Bids, shall be directed to the following: Greg Smith, Contract Administrator, CBJ Engineering Department, 3rd Floor, Marine View Center, Email: Greg.Smith@juneau.gov, Telephone: (907) 586-0800 ext. 4196, Fax:(907)586-4530 This Project consists of removal the existing siding and underlying vapor barrier; remove the window assemblies and plywood sheathing. Retain existing siding and windows for reinstallation as specified. Inspect the existing rigid and fiberglass insulation for suitability and where unsuitable replace as directed. Install new plywood sheathing, and windows. Construct a "rain-screen' assembly as designed. Re-install salvaged siding and flashing as detailed.
