Site work for a mixed-use development in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Inspection of approximately 3,397 linear feet of sewer laterals, refurbishment of approximately 1,360 linear feet of sewer main, and replacement of 4 manholes, including lateral connections. Depending onresults of the field inspection, the project may also include point repair of sewer laterals, minor manhole adjustments, service riser repairs, and new manhole castings. If the contract is awarded by the Scott County Conservation Board, the proposed improvements shall be fully completed within the Contract Time of 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Notice to Proceed shall be issued the same day as execution of the Agreement by the Scott County Conservation Board which is anticipated to be in June 2023. Published by order of the Scott County Conservation Board, Davenport, Iowa. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security meeting the requirements of the specifications and made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid.
