Site work and paving for a civil project in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services for 51,786 SY of mill and overlay and replacement of approximately 74 catch basins, nine drainage manholes, and 100 l.f. of 12" HDPE Pipe. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as PAVEMENT - SURFACING for the project All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretation of the Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, or Bonds must be submitted in writing to the Town Engineer at the Municipal Office Building, Shrewsbury, at least Four business (4) days before the date herein set for the opening of bids. The Engineer will then email an addendum to the record plan holders, not less than Three (3) days before said date, his interpretations of all questions so raised, which in his opinion require interpretation.
