Site work for a religious / funeral development in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
The removal and replacement of twenty headstone foundations at Mt. View Cemetery totaling approximately 280 cubic feet. The new concrete foundations shall be dug to a depth of 3' and headstones re-installed. All quotes must be made on the attached Quote Form. All quotes must be accompanied by an unexpired certificate of liability insurance naming the Town of Shrewsbury as an additional insured, with the following insurance coverage: aStatutory workers compensation coverage Minimum of $1,000,000.00 CSL automobile coverage Minimum of $1,000,000.00 CSL general liability, property damage, and bodily injury coverage The value of this contract shall not exceed $50,000.00. The contract term is 90 days beyond the agreed upon start date. In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, the contract shall be awarded to the responsive, responsible and eligible bidder that submits the lowest overall price
