Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Replacement of six existing doors at red arrow park located at 1931 s. 9th st. Manitowoc, wi. Replacement will include removal and disposal of existing doors and frames. Existing locksets, closers, and latch guards and associated hardware will be salvaged and returned to the city. New doors, locksets, closers, and associated hardware shall be installed to manufacturers specifications. All new locks shall be keyed to existing key specifications. All doors shall open outward. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. Est. Completion Date: July 31, 2023
