(Base Bid) 3) Alternate No. 1: Complete Reconstruction of East Albert Drive from Johnston Drive to 850' East of Johnston Drive. 4) Alternate No. 2: Remove existing concrete sidewalk and replace with New Asphalt Multi-Use Trail on read Avenue/East Read Avenue from 450 Feet East of North 2nd Street to East Parkview Lane. This project has Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) MSIGT Funding for the reconstruction on Raed Avenue from North 8th Street to 450 Feet East of North 2nd Street. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
