Inviting proposals from qualified playground installers to furnish the materials and labor for the installation of the Bartlet Mall Playground at 149 High St., Newburyport, MA. Scope of Work for the Bartlet Mall Playground Project includes but is not limited to: receiving and acceptance of equipment from ME O'Brien (estimated delivery September), installation of perimeter security fencing (6' chain link, supplied by Contractor), excavation and removal of 12" of site material (4,600 sf), site preparation including installation of specified crushed stone subbase, installation and assembly of playground equipment (44 footings, 153 cu ft of concrete MEO23187), coordination of the installation of the PIP surfacing with Surface America, installation of 400 sf of crushed stone surface adjacent to basketball court, removal of perimeter security fencing, and any potential add alternates as listed.
