Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hubbard, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project No.: 61-20631-00 Project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new 125 kW Diesel Generator at the Creed Avenue Water Booster Station. Work will also include the installation of a new Automatic Transfer Switch. The project is partially funded through federal funding obtained through the Ohio EPA Generator Grant program. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Bids for the above-described work must be submitted on blanks furnished with the Bid Submittal Document. Said bids must be submitted as one original and one copy. Bidders shall furnish proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in Article 3 of the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with Article 24 of the Instructions to Bidders. Contract Times for completion and provisions on liquidated and special damages, if any, are indicated in the Agreement. The Engineers Estimate of Probable Cost for this project is $75,000.00 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing on the RFI Form included herein, addressed to Steve Preston, Project Manager and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to bid opening.
