In proposal submission, contractor must provide proof of ability to provide a performance bond and payment bond, pursuant to respectively in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of total project cost. If the warranty period specified in the contract is for longer than one year a maintenance bond equal to 10% of the contract price is required. Yuba County is looking for a qualified and properly licensed contractor to upgrade the current racking system and components for the rooftop solar array at the Yuba county government center located at 915 8th street in Marysville. This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under labor code section which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain as defined by the prevailing wage laws and if total compensation is $1000 or more contractor agrees to fully comply with such prevailing wage laws, as applicable.
