Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Garden City, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; municipal facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will be to provide all materials and labor for an upgrade of interior and exterior lighting and lighting control systems of the Exposition Building at Expo Idaho, together with parking lot lighting luminaire replacements and alterations in the Southwest and West parking lots The Contractor shall submit, within the specified time after receipt of bids, one copy of all documentary information generated in preparation of bid prices for this project (the Escrowed Bid Documents). The Escrowed Bid Documents will be held in escrow for the duration of the Project. The Contractor acknowledges, as a condition of award of this Construction Contract, that the Escrowed Bid Documents constitute all of the information used in preparation of the bid, and that no other bid preparation information shall be considered in resolving disputes.
