As of September 22, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of constructing a new airport terminal building including demolition and site work. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: footings, foundations, exterior walls, stairs, structural steel, metal studs, roof (including accessories and flashings), entrances and storefronts, exterior glazing, site utility tie-ins to building, under-slab rough-in (ie.: floor drains, signage and exterior lighting, interior partitions, doors, frames, etc.), plumbing, HVAC, power, lighting and telecommunications systems. The proposed work consists of constructing of an approximately 3,000 square foot new airport terminal building including: o All demolition and sitework as indicated in the civil drawings. (The Owner is responsible for demolition of the existing metal terminal building prior to construction. Only the footings and foundations will remain.) o All work indicated in the drawings necessary to complete construction of the building including footings; foundations; exterior walls; concrete floors; stair; roof, including accessories and flashings; entrances and storefronts; exterior glazing; site utility tie-ins to building; under-slab rough-in for other items that may be required to be installed below concrete floor slabs, including floor drains, signage, and exterior lighting, interior partitions; doors, frames, hardware; interior finishes as indicated; fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, power, lighting, telecommunications systems; testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC system; and completion of inspections required by authorities having jurisdiction for building occupancy and use of site by the Owner and public.
