As of 5/19/2023, this project came in higher than the budget so it may need to be modified and rebid. The contract has not been awarded. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The scope of work consists of the addition to Sanders Middle School and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Scope includes: Sitework, portable relocation ,grading, paving, concrete, masonry, structural steel, light guage framing, cabinets, metal roof, waterproofing, door/frames/hardware, storefront, EIFS, VCT/vinyl base, metal stud framing/sheetrock/ceilings, toilet partitions & accessories, interior signage, lockers, canopies, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical, & data.
