Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hugo, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project will consist of crack-sealing the bituminous parking lots at twenty-six schools and district facilities throughout ISD 833. Crack Sealing Repair and/or Maintenance, Asphalt Overlay, Rehab. and/or Maint. Est. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the form ofbid bond in the amount offive (5) percent ofBase Bid submitted, made payable to Owner. Owner reserves the right to reject a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular or to waive informalities or irregularities in a Bid received, and accept a Bid, which in the Owners judgement is in the Owner's best interests.
