This request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared by Washington County to secure services for replacement of an aging metal culvert crossing along County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 9 (Keystone Ave.) with a 51" Span RC Pipe - Arch. The location of the culvert is approximately 1/4 of a mile south of the intersection of CSAH 7 (122nd St.) and CSAH 9. All questions and notifications must be sent via e-mail by 3:00 PM CST on July 5, 2023, to the County Authorized Representative: Mike Kline, Project Manager michael.kline@co.washington.mn.us Notification of Award July 28, 2023 All aspects of the scope of services outlined below and included herein are expected to be completed.
