The Town of Springerville is interested in securing the services of a qualified consultant for potential planning, design and environmental services of projects at the Springerville Municipal Airport (JTC). Any questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Sean Kienle, Airport Manager, at skienle@springervilleaz.gov. The email subject line should read JTC Planning & Environmental Services. Anticipated Award of Contract: Monday June 12, 2023 Unless otherwise specified, proposals must be valid for the period of at least 90 days after the submittal deadline and must be signed by an official authorized to bind the firm. The Town of Springerville may reject any proposals that are not in compliance with prescribed public proposal procedures and requirement. Any complaints of perceived inequities related to this RFQ shall be submitted to Sean Kienle, Airport Manager at the address listed in this RFQ within five (5) days after notification of selected consulting firm. The Town of Springerville is not liable for any costs incurred by a firm in preparing proposals. It is the intent of the Town of Springerville to enter into a three (3) year General Planning and Environmental Services contract with the successful consultant, with two (2) one-year renewal options for a maximum term of five (5) years. The successful consultant will be required to perform those services as more fully defined in FAA Advisory Circular 150/1500-14D, Chapter 1, Parts 1-3 and 1-4, relative to federal and state funded projects. Each individually specified project, subject to allocation of federal and/or state funds, will require an authorization of services from the Town of Springerville prior to any commencement of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
