This Project funded by bond money is for Parking Lot Replacements District-Wide for Round Valley USD. The bases bid includes our Round Valley High School, Round Valley Primary School, and part of the Round Valley Sports Dome. This is approximately 260,000 square feet of replacement parking lots. Alternate pricing is asked for the Round Valley Middle School, Round Valley Elementary School, the other part of Round Valley Sports Dome, as well as the Bus Barn. This is approximately 320,000 square feet of replacement parking lots. Background Bring your subcontractors with you to this prebid. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site on an occupied campus.
