This is anticipated to be awarded to a maximum of two firms, one for the elementary and one for the middle school. This is an interior refresh of drywall repair, moving electrical to the interior of the wall instead of in a conduit, millwork, paint ,ceiling tiles etc., and in bathrooms, fixtures, sinks, and toilets. This project scope of work includes all design and engineering services, FFE coordination, provisions of construction documentation, construction management, bidding, construction, and related services to renovate 70 classrooms. Such services include drywall repair and replace, new cabinets, replace sinks, toilets and other fixtures. Some interior doors, ceiling tiles, electrical outlets including removal of duplicate circuits.
