Work includes, but is not limited to: Reconstruction of street sections Street supply and reloading with granular material The documents relating to this call for tenders are available on the Electronic Tender System website. Only persons, firms and companies who hold a license under the Law on the professional qualification of construction companies and who have obtained the tender documents directly from the Electronic Tender System are eligible to bid. This bid solicitation is subject to the Agreement between Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO). The Municipality of Bolton-Est does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
