Reference number: 20078452 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-27 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 60 The Municipality of Bolton-Est wishes to receive tenders for the snow removal and winter maintenance of 21.77 kilometres of public roads and streets. This call for tenders covers the Lac Nick sector of the Municipality of Bolton-Est. The contract will run from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028, with two one-year extension options, from September 1, 2028, to August 31, 2029, and from September 1, 2029, to August 31, 2030. Tenderers are advised that the Municipality is not committed to exercising the renewal options and reserves full discretion as to which option may be exercised at the end of the initial period, as well as at the end of each additional period. Tender documents will be available from 17 June 2025 on the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system (SEAO), which will determine their conditions of issue. The successful Bidder will be chosen following the recommendations of a selection committee, based on the evaluation criteria described in the call for tenders documents. Only persons, partnerships, companies and corporations that have a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a market liberalization agreement applicable to municipalities, i.e. the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOCTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), are eligible to bid. Any interested person or group of persons interested in participating in the adjudication process covered by this call for tenders (or their representative) may lodge a complaint with respect to this process until the deadline for receipt of complaints indicated on SEAO. The municipality of Bolton-Est does not undertake to accept the bid with the highest score, or any of the bids received, and declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of the rejection of any or all of the bids.
