The Municipality of Bolton-Est wishes to receive offers of services for the collection and transport of residual materials, recycling, organic materials, waste - (street routes with constraints) and this, for a period of one (1) year, i.e. from January 1 , 2023 to December 31, 2023. This invitation to tender does not cover the entire territory. The streets covered by this invitation to tender are listed in appendix 6. The means of transmission of the offer is left to the discretion of the tenderer. However, the proof of receipt of it at the Municipality, and this, within the deadlines, is the responsibility of the tenderer. In addition, only tenders submitted on the required forms and present in the annexes will be admissible. In this regard, no modification must be made by the tenderer to the tender form and the price schedule forming part thereof. All information except the signature should be either typed or very legibly printed. In the context of this call for tenders, the main dates to remember are as follows: Deadline to ask questions relating to this call for tenders: May 12, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. The auction by the Municipality should, subject to all reservations, take place at the regular meeting of June 6, 2022. The Municipality of Bolton-Est does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
