The Contractor shall maintain separate records documenting performance under each Project. The Contractor shall submit separate certified payrolls, progress invoices, daily reports and any other documents to document performance under each Project, as required in the Special Provisions. CML 5287 (058) - Margalo Ave. to Gromer Rd.: The work to be done consists in general of but is not limited to installation of hot mix asphalt pavement, over compacted aggregate base, over compacted native material; construction of curb & gutters, sidewalks an ADA curb ramp; installing traffic stripes, pavement markings, and roadside signs. Other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the typical sections, Standard Specifications or these special provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. STPHIPL 5287 (059) - Jackson Ave. to Gromer Rd.: The work to be done consists in general of but is not limited to cold-plane 3-inches of existing roadway surface, installation of hot mix asphalt pavement overlay; installing traffic stripes, pavement markings, and roadside signs. Other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the typical sections, Standard Specifications or these special provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed. All work must be completed within forty (40) working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are advised that, as required by federal law, the City of Wasco is implementing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. The DBE Contract goal is 21 percent for project CML 5287 (058); and 19 percent for project STPHIPL 5287 (059).
