Renovation of a retail development in Wasco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The City of Wasco is seeking the services of a qualified, experienced Contractor to install infrastructure for (2) Level III and (2) Level II Chargepoint EV charging stations. Questions in writing will be accepted until May 15, 2023 he City of Wasco is seeking the services of a qualified, experienced Contractor to install infrastructure for (2) Level III and (2) Level II 'Chargepoint' EV charging stations. All Bidders shall complete the attached cost estimate. The cost estimate shall include all labor and materials required to complete the Project. The purpose of this Project is to install all of the underground conduit, wire, charging station foundations, switchgear foundation, behind the meter step down transformer, automatic transfer switch and switchgear box for the (4) charging stations. The City will be responsible for coordination with PG&E for the electrification (after switchgear installation is complete and signed off by the building inspector) as well as coordination with 'Chargepoint' for the installation of the charging stations after the conduit stub ups and concrete foundations are complete. See the final pages of this RFP for plan specifics.
