Renovation of an educational facility in Wasco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Time of completion for the Project shall be One hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the date established in the Owner s Notice to Proceed. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder s bond, cashier s check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, said bonds to be secured from Admitted Surety insurers (an insurance organization authorized by the Insurance Commissioner to transact business of insurance in the State of California during this calendar year). The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity and to reject any or all bids. Thomas Jefferson Junior High School, 305 Griffith Avenue, Wasco, Ca 93280 Karl F. Clemens Elementary School, 523 Broadway, Wasco, Ga 93280 Palm Middle School, 1017 Palm Avenue, Wasco, Ca 93280 John L. Prueitt Elementary School, 3501 7th Street, Wasco, Ca 93280 All Pre-Bid RFI’s have been placed in a RFI Log. Answers will be posted in Addendum #3. The last opportunity to submit a Pre-Bid RFI shall be July 24, 2023, at 12:00PM
