The project will consist of two separate bids. The first bid (Bid A) includes approximately 18,900 SF PCC flat work at both Antioch and Lakes Community High Schools. This flat work includes the installation of a new concession area at both schools as well as updates around the schools and Antioch High Schools entrance which includes stair improvements. The new concession areas also entail earth excavation, site grading, site furnishings including but not limited to custom grill enclosure, condiment station, additional bleacher seats (Lakes), decorative metal fence, removal, and installation of new field goal posts (Lakes), landscape improvements including but not limited to trees and shrubs, and all other associated work. The second bid (Bid B) includes approximately 1,265 SY of HMA surface removal, Glass Grid installation, HMA surface course, color coat, restoration, and all other associated work.
